The processing and shipment of all transactions and goods will be undertaken by Stoney Road Films You undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Stoney Road Films unless and until Stoney Road Films accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Stoney Road Films sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Stoney Road Films of your offer to buy goods. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it. You undertake that all details you provide to Stoney Road Films for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Stoney Road Films as soon as possible. Miscellaneous It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Stoney Road Films tracks the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website. Stoney Road Films may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. These terms and conditions shall apply when Stoney Road Films accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between Stoney Road Films and you relating to your purchase. You are advised to read (and are responsible for reading) all information on this website fully. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of Ireland. Security of Payment When you place an order, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Credit card details are processed through PayPal. Furthermore, as required by Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given to us, to prevent unauthorised access. When you place an order, we need to know your name, address, e-mail address, credit card number, CV2 security number, the card expiry date and issue number (if applicable). This allows PayPal to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We guarantee that we will never:: Pass on your financial details. Pass on any personal information gathered when you place an order. Sell or rent your details. Exploit your details in any way. Returns and Refunds Policy To return a faulty item simply indicate the reason for your return and include the invoice with your return. If you do not have the original invoice, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your order number. Wrap the package securely (usually in the packaging that was used to deliver the product to you). We will replace faulty items with the same item or refund back to a credit card if the item is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.
